Marukyu Koyamaen Yugen (又玄)
Best enjoyed as usucha (thin tea) to appreciate its delicate balance and aroma. Whisk 2g of matcha with 60–70ml of water at around 70–80°C until a fine foam forms.
Yugen can also be used for carefully prepared matcha beverages, allowing its refined flavor to shine while keeping the authentic character of the tea.
